Join us for this hugely exciting event with Katherine Rundellin conversation with Ben Cajee, featuring special guests including Alex Wheatle, Ben Bailey Smith, Catherine Johnson, Frank Cottrell-Boyce, Polly Ho-Yen and Sharna Jackson, as we celebrate The Book of Hopes, recently shortlisted for Waterstones Book of The Year 2020.

Edited by Katherine, The Book of Hopes is a collection of over 100 works fromsome ofthe best authors and illustrators of childrens books. It was first published online to comfort, inspire and entertain children during lockdown. Don't miss this chance to hear from Katherine herself and some of the books contributing authors and illustrators.

This event will be hosted by television presenter, voiceover artist and writer, Ben Cajee, who has been a main presenter on CBeebies since 2015.

Katherine Rundell is one of the most inventive and original authors of childrens fiction writing today, winning The Waterstones Childrens Book Prize in 2014 for her novel Rooftoppers.
